I'm a PhD candidate at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and University of Amsterdam, at the Foundation Models for Oncology Lab, supervised by George Yiasemis, Jonas Teuwen, and Cees Snoek.
I completed a MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam, where I graduated cum laude. During this time, I worked on research publications on computer vision, image generation, large-scale pre-training of vision models, and improving inference efficiency in diffusion models. As part of the ELLIS Amsterdam MSc Honours Fellowship programme, I conducted my thesis research at the UvA-Bosch Delta Lab 2 in collaboration with Björn Ommer's Computer Vision & Learning Group at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich Center for Machine Learning, under the co-supervision of Floor Eijkelboom, Tao Hu, and Björn Ommer.
